Choose one category. A club may enter several categories, but each player belongs to one club entry only.
Enter the two players in each pair, then your substitute. The substitute may replace any player in any pair during the event.

Open My TeamSeven personnel per club: six players in three fixed pairs, plus one substitute. The substitute may replace any player in any pair, and must be declared before the tie begins.
Three rubbers are played — Pair 1 v Pair 1, Pair 2 v Pair 2, Pair 3 v Pair 3. The club winning two rubbers wins the tie. All three rubbers are played in full, because game difference is used to separate clubs on equal points.
Each rubber is one set. First to six games with a two-game margin; at 6–6 a tiebreak to seven points decides it. Golden point at deuce.
Full round robin within each pool. Three points for a tie win. Standings are ordered by points, then rubber difference, then game difference, then rubbers won.
The qualifying clubs from each pool enter a straight knockout bracket. No wildcards and no repechage. Seeding places pool winners apart.
Entry fees are non-refundable once a category draw has been made. A player may only be registered for one club within a category. Clubs must be court-side and ready fifteen minutes before a scheduled tie; a club not ready may forfeit the affected rubber at the referee's discretion. The organiser may adjust the schedule, pool sizes or bracket size to suit the final number of entries.
